Course pour la Compassion | Powered by Pfizer
Annual Event
September 26, 2020
Virtual! (1k, 5k, and 10k routes available)
This is a fun, community event for the whole family! In order to ensure the safety of our community, we will be holding the race in a virtual format on Saturday, September 26.This leaves us all more time to train and to raise funds for the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. All proceeds from this event will benefit our patients and their families at a time when it is needed more than ever. We’ll send out more information in the coming months, and remember to check in on our Facebook event page for more details!
Cost : Free
Presented By : The Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence

All running bibs and buffs will be mailed or delivered to you before the race, as long as your registration is received prior to September 10, 2020. You’ll also be entered into a draw for one of many fun raffle prizes!
As the Course pour la Compassion is not a timed run event, you don’t need to upload your times
anywhere. Do feel free to time yourself with a timing watch or with a running app such as Runtastic or MapMyRun if you want to keep track of your time!
You can still be a part of this great event, even if you cannot actually walk or run your distance on
September 26 at the scheduled time. While we will be livestreaming and tallying the funds raised on this day, we hope you will take the opportunity to run for the cause on another day or time, in the spirit of the Course pour la Compassion and in support of the Residence.
Actually, we suggest the contrary! In order to maintain a safe distance from crowds, stick to a route of your choosing close to home, or even run on a treadmill if that’s your preference. Please respect whatever distancing measures that are in place at the time of the event, and do not run in large groups on race day.
