At the Residence, we provide care and services at no cost to patients and their families. In addition to the funding we receive from the government, we must raise over $4.5 million each year to cover the Residence’s operating costs.<\/p>

Since 2003, the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence Foundation has worked to ensure the long-term sustainability of our essential care. Our dedicated Foundation Board of Directors guides our fundraising efforts and stewards our resources with vision and integrity.<\/p>

Our Fundraising & Communications Team and our invaluable volunteers build meaningful partnerships throughout our community. We work closely with individual donors, philanthropic foundations, companies, and community groups who share our commitment to compassionate care. Through major gifts, special events, direct mail campaigns, planned giving, and memorial donations, we create various ways for supporters to make a lasting difference.<\/p>

He found comfort in the friendly faces of your staff and volunteers.\nHe was continuously surprised at the quality of each delicious meal, snack, and cup of tea. He felt his\nexperience was \u201cFirst class, the whole way through!\u201d He admitted that he could not believe such a\nbeautiful place existed.\nWe could not have wished for a better place for my Grandad to spend his final days on this earth.\nThanks to everyone for your compassion towards patients and their families. I knew that the Residence would\nprovide the pain management and emotional support that he needed and that my daughters\nand I would also receive supportive care.
