groups are offered several times a year at the Residence and are divided by age group and language (English or French). They may also be held online when required. All sessions are offered free of charge.<\/p><p>The group format allows participants to support each other and are led by a member of the Supportive Care team. The group size is limited to ten participants, and the groups run for eight weeks.<\/p><p>We also offer a day-long children\u2019s group once a year and a young adult group for participants 18-30 loss.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b><i>Growing with grief<\/i><\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b>is a group that helps grieving individuals reconnect with nature and break social isolation through gardening
