For over a decade, this annual golf tournament has not only become a hallmark event but also a cornerstone fundraiser, amassing a cumulative total of $4.1 million. This substantial contribution allows the Residence to provide their patients with dignity, peace, and an enhanced quality of life during their final days.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u201cWe are deeply moved by the outpouring of community spirit and the remarkable generosity of our donors. This steadfast support propels our ongoing mission: to ensure that our patients experience their final days with dignity, surrounded by love, compassion, and the presence of cherished friends and family\u201d, said Dale Weil, Executive Director of the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence following the announcement of the results.<\/p><p>The Residence relies on community support and fundraising activities to raise $4.5 million each year. The community plays a crucial role in contributing the financial resources that allow the Residence to provide its care and services to all our patients free of charge.<\/p><p>Major sponsors of the event included: The Tenaquip Foundation, The Gustav Levinschi Foundation, Mint Green Group, Bulletproof Logistics, Pfizer, The Oka &amp; Gr\u00e9goire Foundation, The Henri Family Foundation, Fednav, Calko Group, Sports Experts, Redbourne Reality Management, National Bank and TD Wealth.<\/p><p>Local West Island leaders Francis Scarpaleggia, MP for Lac Saint-Louis, Michel Gibson, Mayor of Kirkland, Tim Thomas, Mayor of Pointe-Claire, <span style=\"letter-spacing: var(--vamtam-primary-font-letter-spacing-desktop,normal); text-transform: var(--vamtam-primary-font-transform,none);\">Georges Bourelle, Mayor of Beaconsfield and Jim Beis, Borough Mayor of Pierrefonds-Roxboro attended the event.<\/span><\/p><p>MC for the evening was Andrew Carter &#8211; the voice of CJAD\u2019s Morning Show and a close friend of the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>About the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence <br \/><\/strong>The Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence is an independent, non-profit organization that provides services free of charge to patients and their families.
