This year\u2019s event raised a remarkable net proceeds of $600,000 dedicated to the Residence. Over the past fourteen years, this tournament has become a signature event and a vital fundraiser, contributing a total of $4.7 million. This substantial contribution allows the Residence to provide their patients with dignity, peace, and an enhanced quality of life during their final weeks. This year\u2019s tournament also held special significance as it marked the 5th anniversary of the passing of Teresa Dellar, the Residence\u2019s beloved co-founder.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201cWe are profoundly grateful for the unwavering commitment and heartfelt community support that continues to fuel our mission. It is with immense pride that we experience how our donors&#8217; generosity enables us to provide a sanctuary where our patients can spend their final stages of life in comfort and dignity, surrounded by their loved ones\u201d, said Dale Weil, Executive Director of the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence following the announcement of the results.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The Residence relies on community support and fundraising activities to raise $4.5 million each year.
