A weekend of connection, reflection, and healing in nature, hosted by the Supportive Care Team of the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. This unique retreat is designed for young adults (18–35 years) who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Come as you are—share your story, and take part in a weekend that nurtures body, heart, and spirit. You’ll be surrounded by people who understand. You are not alone.
